Due to the many requests for healthier dishes, Soto’s has added Quinoa to our menu. Quinoa, pronounced keen-wha, is a grain that is considered to be almost a complete food. It is very high in protein, full of vitamins, gluten-and wheat-free, cholesterol free, easy to digest and usually organic. It’s a delicious ancient plant native to the Andes Mountains and is known to have been a staple food of the Incas. Soto’s has four Quinoa dishes to satisfy our customers’ requests.
